  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring they are at least half full to qualify for our satisfaction guarantee.

  Drop Off & Process

  Take your package to the nearest carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
